Smile Train is an international children's charity focused on cleft lip and palate treatment in developing countries. Rather than sending doctors abroad, Smile Train trains and funds local medical professionals to provide free surgeries and comprehensive care in their own communities. To date, Smile Train has helped support over 1.5 million free cleft surgeries in 90+ countries.
