Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS) with encryption at rest and in transit. Profile photos and charity logos are stored in secure cloud storage buckets. We follow industry-standard security practices to protect your information.

3. Why We Collect Your Data

We collect your information to:

  • Facilitate creator-charity matchmaking
  • Display public creator profiles on influenceback.com
  • Generate partnership proposals and reports
  • Communicate with you about your application and partnerships
  • Improve the platform experience

4. Social Media Data

Social media data collected via third-party tools (including Apify) for proposal generation and profile enrichment is used only internally by the InfluenceBack team. This data is not shared with, sold to, or distributed to any third parties. Scraped data is used solely to facilitate better creator-charity matching and to generate partnership proposals.

5. Public Profile Information

Creator profile information entered into the platform — including your name, bio, photo, social media handles, and charity partnership details — may be displayed publicly on influenceback.com. By creating a profile, you consent to this information being publicly visible when your profile is published.

6. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@influenceback.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days. Note that some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

7. Third-Party Sharing

InfluenceBack does not sell personal data to third parties. We may share limited information with charity partners only as necessary to facilitate partnerships that you have opted into.
