Terms of Service — InfluenceBack

1. Platform Role

InfluenceBack is a matchmaking platform that connects social media creators with charitable organizations. InfluenceBack is not a party to any agreement, partnership, or arrangement between creators and charities facilitated through the platform. Any relationship formed between a creator and a charity is solely between those parties.

2. No Guarantees

InfluenceBack does not guarantee that any charity will accept a partnership with any creator. InfluenceBack does not guarantee any outcomes, donation amounts, follower growth, engagement metrics, or results from partnerships facilitated through the platform.

3. Charity Recommendations

Charity recommendations provided in proposals, reports, or other materials generated by InfluenceBack are provided in good faith based on publicly available research and third-party data sources. These recommendations are not legal endorsements and do not constitute verified guarantees of any charity's legitimacy, tax-exempt status, financial health, or operational practices. Users are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before entering any partnership.

4. Creator Responsibility

Creator profile content, social media posts, representations made to charities, and any claims made through or in connection with the platform are the creator's sole responsibility. InfluenceBack does not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for any content created by or on behalf of any creator.

5. Platform Discretion

InfluenceBack reserves the right to remove, unpublish, or modify any creator profile, charity profile, or partnership listing at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violations of these terms, inactivity, or conduct deemed harmful to the platform or its users.

6. Limitation of Liability

By using the InfluenceBack platform, you agree not to hold InfluenceBack, its owners, employees, or affiliates liable for the actions, representations, omissions, or conduct of any creator, charity, or third party introduced through the platform. InfluenceBack is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
